redPanther 4533b34606 Hyperiond refactoring + preparation for ip restriction settings (#12) 
* make hyperion to singelton.
remove arguments for config and hyperion - both are gettable via Hyperion::getInstance

* refactor hyperiond

make zeroconf mandatory

* xbmcchecker is now a singleton

* cleanup in hyperiond
zeroconf switchable between static and shared linking

proto/json server, use hyperion::getInstance instead of hyperion argument

redpanther 0f17e031e8 basic loop connection detection. prevent if you configure forward to 127.0.0.1:<port> and your server has the same port. 
But this doesn't protect if not forwarded to localhost "127.0.0.1". Loop connections across different hosts arn't detected too.
