Gold linker, CCache, Stats, LGTM
- Increases linker performance under Linux builds by using Gold linker, if available
- ccache is used if available
- removed statistic class (Stats.cpp) from project due to the missing result (sorry @Brindosch)
- add LGTM bandges for code analysis overview
