* Added "enable" : true to both udp and boblight server

* Changed the zeroconf/mDNS service names:
	_hyperiond-proto._tcp local
	_hyperiond-json._tcp local
	_hyperiond-rgbled._udp local

Changed the zeroconf/mDNS description:
	$leddevicename@$hostname

Removed the ability to configure these from the json config file

Cleaned up the formatting

* Change default priority of udp listener to be 700
