Nick O'Leary ac0ca083c0 Import of subflow loses certain internal wires 
Wires between subflow inputs and outputs are getting lost when
JSON is imported.

dceejay 9afb4a9315 reverse overide behaviour on file, http and email. Node properties now 
have priority. Warn user if msg.property tries to override. 
Warning should  be removed at next major verion bump.

Nick O'Leary f77dd06e65 Partial deploy with missing type breaks flow diff 
Another refactor of Flow lifecycle.
 - diffFlow made a private static function
 - applyConfig now diffConfig - which returns a diff object that
   can be passed to .stop/.start to be properly applied
