Mark Hindess	2f882913f0	Fix missing types logic. ... missingTypes.length was greater than zero so the only way it can be zero immediately afterwards is if splice is called so move the zero check after the splice. Antoine Aflalo	6a7b3cf62c	REST API for Credentials ... Adding RED.nodes.registerCredentials to register the credentials definition server sided. Adding the property credentials in the template definition client-side. Connecting the editor to the credential API. I added a TODO for the validation of Credentials field.
