Kazuki-Nakanishi 34089aec70 Allow a node to declare what settings should be made available to the editor. (#1185) 
* Implement register/exportNodeSettings.

* Change normaliseRegisterTypeName to normaliseNodeTypeName. Force it to name in a camel case.
