+The Technical Interchange Meetings are an opportunity for the Node-RED development community to come together and discuss the project. 
+
+Each meeting will:
+ - be open to everyone
+ - have an agenda that is built-up in the week prior to the meeting - via mailing list and #dev on slack
+ - have a moderator to keep the meeting on track - this should be a responsibility that rotates amongst the attendees
+ - be recorded and minuted so that the wider community can see what discussions were had
+ - be held every two weeks, unless otherwise agreed.
