0776bc5ee4 VDPAU improvements. 
Add denoise, sharpness, skip chroma deinterlace support.
Show OSD only if something is to display, improves performance.
Add deinterlace mode with only 4 surfaces.

a38cf3d9ae Add vaSyncSurface for new surface displayed. 
Intel 1080i needs sync to have frame decoded.
Nvidia drops frames, if always synced.
