Frank Schmirler d7652d89ca Start cSuspendCtl hidden or it will prevent idle shutdown. 
As long as a cControl is not hidden, cControl::Control() will return a value
and LastInteract is updated in the VDR main loop.

schmirl c364a3396d - use cThread::Running()/Active() instead of private members 
- replaced the last usleep by cCondWait
