Removed the VIDEO_STILLPICTURE_WORKS_WITH_VDR_FRAMES stuff from cDvbDevice::StillPicture(), since apparently the VIDEO_STILLPICTURE call works

and send pure ES data to the driver. Seems to work just fine!
