- Fixed replay progress display in case replay is paused while watching an
ongoing recording.
- Ringbuffer uses semaphores to signal empty/full conditions.
- Fixed calculating the timeout value in cFile::FileReady() (thanks to
Wolfgang Henselmann-Weiss).
