Fixed OSDSTATUSWIN_XC define.
Added preliminary NTSC support (make NTSC_SYSTEM=1 plugins). Fixed "Setup/OSD/Use Small Fonts" bug (Thanks to Winni for reporting this one). Added patches directory: CA system names by Lauri Tischler.
