0776bc5ee4 VDPAU improvements. 
Add denoise, sharpness, skip chroma deinterlace support.
Show OSD only if something is to display, improves performance.
Add deinterlace mode with only 4 surfaces.

Check if PTS is valid, otherwise debug code does false abort.
Fix bug: audio new stream is not thread safe.
